Driver to Jail for Manslaughter
A Carmel man will be sentenced to three years in state prison next month after pleading guilty to vehicular manslaughter in Dutchess County Court. William Mancusi, 32, copped his guilty plea last week before Judge Thomas Dolan admitting that he caused the death of Alfred Poggiogalle, 48, of Hopewell Junction on the evening of June 12, 2008.
