Five of the ten students honored as BOCES' students of distinction are residents of Putnam County. The teens attend classes on the BOCES Campus in Yorktown Heights and according to Superintendent Dr. James Langlois "stand out and go above and beyond what is required of them while serving as examples for their peers.
