Frank Ira Thomas

Frank Ira Thomas, a resident of Brewster, New York died Saturday, July 4th at the age of 77 years.

Frank served in the Korean War with the U S Army. He retired after 32 years of service to General Motors Corporation, Tarrytown, NY.

Frank was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn Mae Ernest Thomas. He is survived by his Mother, Louise Chirasello; three sons, Frank (and his wife Cyndie) Thomas, Robert (and his wife Maria) Thomas, and Paul Thomas; two daughters, Donna Thomas Howard (and her husband Robert), Laurie (and her husband Thomas) Palmer; three sisters, Mary Montanaro, Gladys Fredericks, and Joan Prisco; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his companion, Mary Lou Mead.

Funeral service Wednesday, July 8, 2009 11:00 AM, at Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, NY. Interment at Milltown Rural Cemetery in Brewster. Friends may call at the Funeral Home, Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM.

Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Brewster Fire Department, Brewster, NY.
