CARMEL - The Carmel Cubs 16U baseball team won three of four games last week, ripping Peekskill, 14-1, Sunday at Crane Road, after topping Patterson, 8-4, Saturday at Peckham Field. The Cubs dropped a 7-1 decision to New Castle last Wednesday on the road, and opened the week with an 11- 10 victory over Ossining. Full Story

CARMEL - The Carmel Cubs 14U baseball team split four games last week, falling to Larchmont/Mamaroneck, 6-4, Monday, and dropping a 5-2 decision to PV/C Sunday, after topping Mahopac, 18-6, Saturday. PATTERSON - The Patterson Pirates 10U baseball team shut out two opponents last week, blanking Cortlandt, 5-0, Sunday at Peckham Field, after topping North Salem, 3-0, Saturday on the road. The two wins left the Pirates at 10-1 and in first place in the National League in WPBA play. Full Story
