KENT – The Kent White Sox 18U baseball team split a double-header Sunday against Harrison, dropping game one, 3-1, then taking the nightcap, 6-2, at Ryan Park in WBA Wood Bat League play. The White Sox also ripped New Fairfield, 11-1, last Friday on the road. Full Story

Bulldogs 16s Take Two from Nanuet
BREWSTER – The Tri-County Bulldogs 16U baseball team had a rough stretch last week, dropping three of five games. The Bulldogs dropped both ends of a double-header Sunday against the Dutchess Hawks, losing 5-4 in eight innings in game one, then getting shut out, 8-0, in game two, with both games played at Spackenkill. Mahopac 9U Up Winning Streak to Nine
MAHOPAC – The Mahopac 9U baseball team won its ninth consecutive game Saturday, sweeping a doubleheader against host Pelham, 14-8 and 10-3. Mahopac also beat New Canaan, 16-4, last Friday, and topped Pelham, 7-6, the prior Wednesday at Lakeview Elementary.
Saturday in game one against Pelham, Tom Krasniqi picked up the win for Mahopac (9-1). Full Story
Cubs 16U Blue Rattles Off Three Wins, Improves to 12-3
CARMEL – The Carmel Cubs 16U Blue team picked up three more wins last week, upping its season mark to 12-3 with the playoffs just around the corner.
Sunday at Somers, Carmel posted an 11-1 win over Somers National (5- 9) in five innings.
Ron Stolle got the win for Carmel, which improved to 12-3 in WPBA action. Stolle allowed one run on five hits. Full Story

Kent 12U TeamWins Babe Ruth Championship Title
KENT – The Kent White Sox 12U baseball team won the Eastern NYS Babe Ruth title last week, and will head to the regionals this week.
The White Sox also topped Lewisboro, 7-6, Saturday at Ryan Park, dropped a 10-0 decision to Armonk, also on Saturday, and beat Pawling, 6-5, last Wednesday on the road. Full Story

Harlin Also Picks Up Win over Brewster, as Cubs Improve to 13-1
PATTERSON – The Patterson Pirates 10U baseball team got a sterling performance from pitchers Brian Harlin and Kyle Shilling last Friday, as the duo combined to no-hit Somers in earning a 15-0 win in four innings. Harlin was also the winner for Patterson in a 15-4 dismantling of Brewster a day earlier at Markel Park. Full Story

KENT – The Kent White Sox 10U baseball team dropped a 5-0 decision Sunday on the road to Putnam Valley, but a day earlier the Sox topped Somers, 7-1, at Ryan Park. Kent edged Cortlandt, 4-3, last Thursday at Ryan Park, and the team closed the week at 7-7 in WPBA play. Full Story
Mahopac Rolls to 9-8 Win over Armonk
MAHOPAC – The Mahopac 9U baseball team picked up two wins Sunday, beating Armonk, 9-8, at Crane Road, then topping Kent, 9-6, at Ryan Park. Mahopac also dropped a 10-2 decision to Somers National Saturday at Crane. Sunday against Armonk, Art Shofi earned the win on the mound for Mahopac (4-11), with relief coming from Peter Mills.
