Americans Make Better Customers, Says Brewster’s French Pastry Chef
For almost two years, Thierry Danvin has been offering French pastries to Putnam. His shop, Brewster Pastry, is filled with the smell of apple crumb, hand-dipped cookies, and raspberry tart. Putnam has shown a considerable appetite for all of Danvin’s creations: “It’s always the same comment,” he said. “‘It was so good I almost ate the plate.” Full Story
