The Courier’s Election Policies
Candidates may wr i te no mor e than one Let ter to the Edi tor per month. The Courier will not pr int any elect ion related let ter s in the two edi t ions pr ior to the elect ion.
Al l other mater ial f rom candidates mus t be in the form of paid political advertisements, with no deadline restrictions.
The Courier will ask questions of al l candidates for off ice and will publish their answers in an Election Special that will run in the week preceding the November elect ion ( the October 29 i s sue) .
No election-related letters will be
published after the October 15 issue
Letters may be submitted as paid advertisements at any time
