2009 Brewster Founders Day

• Half Marathon & 5K Walk/Run, 10am: Sponsored by the Brewster

Rotary and Putnam County Savings Bank. Race entry forms are available at

brewsterrotary.org. There is a $20 fee for participation. The first 200 registrants

will receive free t-shirts. Registration is 8:30 to 9:45am. • The Putnam Chorale will perform on the steps of Historic Old Town Hall

& Southeast Museum at 67 Main Street at 3pm. • Vintage car show organized by the Brewster Methodist Church • A children’s art show and book sale hosted by Brewster Public Library • Brewster Fire Department will have equipment on display. • The Brewster High School Band will kick off festivities leading up to the

Rotary Race. • Putnam Humane Society will offer pet adoptions and accept donations. • Brewster Theater Company will perform shows and sing songs on two

stages.
