Colonial Days: Schoolchildren from Southeast and North Salem groom oxen at Philipsburg Manor during a live study of Colonial America. Teacher Marcy Rudolf of North Salem Pequenakonck Elementary said her first graders were fascinated by their trip to the working farm in Sleepy Hollow.
