Marriage

William and Patricia Wuchter of Brewster are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Dawn Marie, to Martin Acevedo, son of Lucia Guzman of Yonkers.

The couple were married on May 16, 2009, at St. James the Apostle Church in Carmel. Reverend Anthony Sorgie officiated. Dawn was escorted down the aisle by her father. A reception followed at Arbor Ridge in Hopewell Junction.

Laurie Wuchter-Oakley, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Brenda Bock and Millie Torres and the flower girl was Victoria Bock. They wore rose petal chiffon dresses.

Michael Rinaldi was the best man. The groomsmen were Robert Bock and Marcos Acevedo and the ring bearer was Robert Bock, Jr. They wore gray tuxedos.

Dawn and Martin honeymooned on a cruise to the Bahamas.

Dawn is a graduate of Brewster High School and is employed by United Cerebral Palsy in Patterson.

Martin is employed by Matco-Norca in Brewster.

They would like to thank their family and friends for making their special day so memorable.
