Frances E. Eaton

Eaton, Frances E., age 91, a longtime Patterson area resident, died Sunday, November 8, 2009 in Carmel.

Mrs. Eaton was born on October 18, 1918 in Benson, VT, to Chester and Augusta (White) Bishop. She attended schools in Benson.

Mrs. Eaton married Erwin J. Eaton in Danbury, CT, in 1945. Mr. Eaton died

Mrs. Eaton was a self-employed house cleaner for many years. She was also a past member of the Croton Falls Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the Harlem Valley Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star #703.

Mrs. Eaton is survived by her sister Harriette Moore of Brewster, and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 14, 2009, at 10am at the Dwyer Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Patterson.

Interment will follow at Maple Avenue Cemetery, Patterson. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.
