John J. Winter was born April 15, 1952 and left us unexpectedly November 15, 2009. He was raised in Putnam Valley, NY. Prior to moving to Tucson in 1991, he owned and operated a successful restaurant. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, creativity, and an unbridled enthusiasm for anything on wheels. Full Story
Cora G. Handel
Cora G. Handel of Yorktown Hgts, formerly of Mahopac, died December 6, 2009, she was 81.
Cora was born in Peekskill, NY on November 19, 1928 the daughter of Ralph D. and Florence A. (Stumpel) George.
She was a graduate of Mahopac High School, and St. Luke’s School of Nursing. Full Story
Richard Smithwick
There were six of us in that house on 55th street in Brooklyn. My Dad, my Mom, my two sisters, Kathleen and Joan and our brother Richard.
