Cops and Robbers at Carmel Hannaford
The scene resembled a cops and robbers thriller when police converged on the Putnam Plaza Shopping Center and arrested three people wanted for larceny. Carmel Police Chief Michael Johnson said the caper unfolded last week when security at the Hannaford’s Supermarket in Carmel called 911 to report three suspicious individuals inside the store.
