Teachers Collect Coats for the Less Fortunate

Dozens of area residents are wearing new and gently used coats this winter by thanks to the efforts of the Brewster Teachers Association.
Each of the district’s five schools participated in the coat drive that resulted in 406 coats being distributed to a variety of area charities.
This year’s coat drive was organized by teachers Kathy Meuntener, Daria Pascale, Diane Czarnik, Melissa Lutz, Ruth Miller, Eileen Hillmann, Janet Murphy, Chris Kayler, Sue Andres, Diane Starr, and Henrietta Lodge.
