Frances Ann Oberlander-Benson
Frances Ann Oberlander-Benson passed away on March 1st, 2010. Frances was born on June 19, 1936 in New Rochelle, NY. She was the loving mother of Edward Benson, Carol Sigurjonsson, Gail Sigurjonsson, Katherine Egger, Constance Norby, and Eric Benson; the grandmother of 15; and great grandmother of 4. Frederick Henry Lent Jr.
Born July 18, 1932 in Peekskill, he was the only son of Frederick and Helen (Seward) Lent. He grew up in Buchanan and graduated from Hendrick Hudson High School in 1950. He served in the US Army during the Korean conflict. He married Eleanor (Totten) Lent and they lived in Verplanck, where he passed away at him home on March 7, 2010.
