Frank Dascoli must have had the Good Lord riding with him Monday when he lost control of his ATV and plowed into a utility pole.

Cub Scouts celebrate 100th anniversary of scouting
The Putnam Veterans Memorial Park was filled with blue and gold last Saturday.
Golden sunshine and clear blue skies were accompanied by the blue and gold of many scouts uniforms as the Cub Scouts of Lake Carmel Pack 1 celebrated the 100th anniversary of scouting by hosting an Olympics event.
