Lake Carmel
Kent Police have beefed up patrols following several acts of vandalism in the greater Lake Carmel area.
Police charged Paul Marek, 19, of Carmel with making graffiti, possession of a graffiti instrument, and unlawful possession of marijuana when arrested last week by Officer Darren Cea. Full Story
