The Hill-Agor Farm in Mahopac Falls is one of Putnam County’s most cherished treasures.
The farm, originally 245 acres around Hill Street near Red Mills, was purchased from the Wappinger Indians in 1741 and was the subject of a precedent setting U.S. Supreme Court case about land ownership. Full Story
