‘Cut government waste,’ say a majority of Putnam taxpayers surveyed
According to a recent survey, the vast majority of likely voters in Putnam County believe that taxes are too high and that government should cut waste. Additionally, a plurality of those surveyed in the towns of Carmel, Kent, Philipstown, and Southeast rank “taxes too high” as the most important issue facing Putnam today. Full Story
