I am shocked at Mr. Leibell’s comments in the July 29 issue of the PUTNAM COUNTY COURIER. His uncalled for attack on the Putnam County Board of Elections was an affront to the hardworking and dedicated staff that works tirelessly to serve the residents of our County including our public officials “including you Mr. Leibell.” Full Story
