Lee, commanding general of the Confederate army, yet excludes many of the other generals who once took the oath at West Point, to serve and protect their country, only later to fight for the Confederacy. Standing Up to the MTA
Putnam County is standing up with a loud voice.
At a Carmel news conference last week, Legislature Chairman Vincent Tamagna announced that Putnam would be joining a lawsuit filed by Nassau County on Long Island against the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the State of New York to overturn the controversial MTA payroll tax. Full Story
