Constitution Island Brings History Back to Life, Again
Dusting off their uniforms, cannons, bayonets, and whatever else needs dusting off, all the Revolutionary War buffs should enjoy this coming weekend. During Constitution Island’s annual reenactment weekend, Aug. 21 and 22, there will be 100 troops performing weapon demonstrations, formations, drills, and an authentic look at life in the late 1700s.
