Clara Hickey of Carmel died on August 4, 2010, at the age of 88. Clara was the loving wife of James Hickey. She was survived by her son, James Hickey, and his two children, Joseph and Delynn Hickey. William A. Ruffell Jr., “Raffy,” of Wingdale, NY, died Saturday August 15, 2010, at home after a long illness.
