Register Early for Prepared Childbirth Class Sept. 25

HEY W e’ll Buy Your The Birthing Center at Putnam Hospital Center has scheduled its next one-day prepared childbirth class for Saturday, September 25, from 9am to 5pm, at the hospital at 670 Stoneleigh Avenue in Carmel.

The class, which is recommended for expectant mothers in the last trimester, is designed to cover all aspects of labor and delivery, including the Lamaze method and cesarean section information. Concentration on conditioning exercises and relaxation methods is provided; films supplement individual and group instruction.

which has a fee of $175 per couple with
