BREWSTER—After winning a league title two years ago, the Brewster High football team took a turn in the wrong direction last fall, struggling to a 2-6 record and missing the playoffs.

SOMERS—Two years ago the Kennedy Catholic girls soccer team won just three games. With a new head coach, last year’s team went 8-5 before losing to Blind Brook in the opening round of the sectionals. Mahopac Girls Tennis Team Has New Coach, Young Team in 2010
With a new coach leading them, the Mahopac High School girls tennis team is hoping to have a solid season.
According to new head coach Mark Warm, this year's team is very young and consists of 14 players. "It is mostly made up of juniors, sophomores and freshmen," Warm said.
The team consists of 11 starters - three singles and four doubles teams. Full Story

SOMERS—After going winless last year, the Kennedy Catholic High field hockey team is looking to get back in the hunt for the sectional playoffs this year. Mahopac Volleyball Team Opens Season with High Hopes
MAHOPAC—After graduating 12 seniors in the last two years, the Mahopac High School volleyball team will have a very young roster in 2010.
The Indians went 11-9 last season and made it to the quarterfinals, where they were defeated by Suffern. Full Story
