Council Hole to Remain Open
Carmel board will have only four members until 2012
Now that Anthony DiCarlo has moved on to the county legislature, there is an empty seat on the Carmel Town Board. Carmel Supervisor Kenneth Schmitt told the Courier on Tuesday that, as of right now, the board does not plan on appointing a councilman before next year’s election and will proceed with four members.
