Ronald Antonucci

Ronald Antonucci, 68, of Patterson, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Putnam Hospital Center.

A resident of Patterson for more than 39 years, he was born in the Bronx on January 24, 1943, to the late Biagio and Josephine (Nizzardini) Antonucci. 

Ron served in the US Navy from 1963 to 1965.  He married LindaLee Crell on October 22, 1966, at Mount Carmel Church in the Bronx.  A retired New York Police Department Officer, he was a PBA Delegate and a member of the NRA; he was also an avid New York Yankees and Giants Fan.

He is survived by his wife at home; son, Victor and Bridget of Rye; daughter, Denise Puente, and her husband, Jamey, of Patterson; sister, Judy Antonucci, of Shrub Oak; and five grandchildren, Haley, Mia, Liam, Olivia, and Luke.

Friends may call at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main St., Pawling, on Friday, February 11, from 2-4 and 7-9pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John’s Church in Pawling on Sat. February 12 at 11am.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
