This Local Law amends
Section 140-9.2 of the
Putnam County Code, by
requiring that, in connection
with new contracts, contract
amendments and contractrelated change orders,
the most current Federal
Transit Administration
(FTA) required clauses
and procedures, and any
subsequent amendments
thereto, be followed in all
contracts funded in part by
FTA, and further requiring
that the FTA website be
checked regularly prior
to procurements to insure
that these most current
clauses and procedures are
incorporated into County
bid documents.
