TOWN OF PATTERSON NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the purchase of the following materials for the Town of Patterson Highway Department will be received by the Town of Patterson at the office of the Town Clerk, 1142 Route 311, P.O. Box 470, Patterson, New York 12563 until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud:
1. Washed Sand for Ice Control (F.O.B.-Picked Up)
2. Crushed Stone (F.O.B-Picked Up)
3. Bituminous Concrete-Laid in Place
4. Annual Tree Work
5. Street Sweeping with Operator
6. Tri-axle Dump Truck with Operator
7. Plow Blades and Shoes
8. Diesel Fuel
All of the bids must meet the specifications of the Town of Patterson. Copies of the information for bidders, general requirements, bid specifications, non-collusive bidding certification, and bid proposals may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk. Bids must be submitted at the above address.
