NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF
ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA
PURSUANT TO SECTION 501 OF REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA WILL BE AVAILABLE APRIL 1, 2012 FOR EXAMINATION AND REVIEW.
THE DATA IS THE INFORMATION WHICH WILL BE USED TO ESTABLISH THE ASSESSMENT OF EACH PARCEL THAT WILL APPEAR ON THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE TOWN OF KENT. THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL WILL BE FILED ON THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER MAY 1, 2012.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to disturb approximately 0.42 acre of the regulated adjacent area of NYS freshwater wetland LC-45, Class 2. Disturbances are related to the construction of the access road and related stormwater features for a 5-lot residential housing development. Except for a buried stormwater conveyance pipe, all disturbances are more than 40 feet from the wetland boundary.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination
A cultural resources survey has been completed. Based on information provided in the survey report, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) has determined that the proposed activity will have no impact on registered or eligible archaeological sites or historic structures. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

It has been determined that the proposed action is not subject to CP-29.

AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 154 OF THE PATTERSON TOWN CODE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that after a public hearing held on March 14, 2012, the
Town Board of the Town of Patterson amended Patterson Town Code Chapter 154, entitled "Zoning", which amendment to the Zoning Map established pursuant to §154-6 will revise the zoning boundaries for the R-4 and C-1 zoning districts for Tax Map Lot 35.-5-33 and 35.-5-32 by changing the zoning designations of these lots from C-1 to R-4.
