Mildred Ermilio of Brewster died Tuesday April 17, 2012, in Danbury, CT, at the age of 100.

Ms. Ermilio was born December 12, 1911, in New York City, daughter of the late Rocco and Rosa (Martocci) Ermilio. She grew up in the Bronx, and moved to the family’s summer home in Putnam Lake thirty years ago. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Sacred Heart Church in Putnam.

Ms. Ermilio is survived by her nephews

John, Robert and Paul Wilson of Eureka Springs , Ark., and her niece Arlene Ermilio of Tobyhanna, PA.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 20, at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, Putnam Lake. Internment will follow in St. Raymond’s Cemetery in the Bronx. Calling hours are Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Ave., Brewster, NY 10509
