Felony charges have been lodged against a Mahopac man for his alleged theft of a generator in the days following Hurricane Sandy that knocked out cable television, internet and phone service to hundreds of Comcast customers in the Mahopac area. Carmel Police reported the arrest over the weekend of John Asmodeo, 29, in connection with the reported incident.
