Putnam residents and agencies eligible for both Physical and Economic Injury Loans from the Small Business Administration in the wake of Hurricane Sandy’s wrath now have until January 28 to file applications. More than 275 applications have been received from Putnam County, according to SBA spokesman Mark Ihenacho.
