of the Putnam County Code
Entitled “Waiver of Item
Pricing Requirements Based
Upon Pricing Accuracy;
Consumer Protections”
adopted by the Putnam
County Legislature on May
1, 2013, Resolution R#106
of 2013.
This Local Law amends
Section 173-8 of the Putnam
County Code by providing
that a waiver shall be valid
for a period of two (2) years,
and by requiring that retail
stores apply biennially for
renewal; by amending the
fee structure for said waiver
application, specifically
requiring that the waiver
application fee shall be
set by Resolution of the
Legislature, and by outlining
the method by which the
Putnam County Director
of Consumer Affairs shall
be required to inspect and
monitor a store which is in
its second calendar year of a
previously approved waiver.

where required): Districtwide security improvements,

of building access controls,
cameras, and intruder
locksets; the installation
of a District-wide data
network infrastructure
improvements to support
voice, wired and wireless
data systems; improvements
to the heating, ventilation,
and electrical systems;
bleacher and synthetic
turf field replacement;
track resurfacing and/
or reconditioning;
reconstruction and
regrading of the field
event area; reconstruction
of student bathrooms;
parking lot resurfacing

the original furnishings,
equipment, machinery,
apparatus and ancillary or
related site and other work
required in connection

the partial reconstruction
of and construction of an
addition to the High School

financing thereof, an amount
not exceeding the estimated
