Fredrick A. Senno

Fredrick A. Senno died peacefully at home on Friday, November 1st, surrounded by his family at the age of 87. He was born on July 6, 1926 to the late Elisa (nee Canessa) and Anthony Senno in the Bronx. He was a WW II Army Air Force Veteran. He was an entrepreneur in the restaurant business in Ohio and thereafter, a real estate broker in Florida. Flying was his passion. He had his pilot’s license for over 50 years and flew charter flights.

He is survived by his brother, Angelo (Helen); was uncle to Michael Senno, Linda McMonagle, Lisa Cullen, Mark Senno, Stephen Senno and Sara Kaplan and their spouses as well as his thirteen great nieces and nephews. Waking hours were held on Tuesday, November 5th, at Cargain Funeral Home on 10 Fowler Avenue, Carmel. The funeral Mass was held November 6th at St. James the Apostle Church on Gleneida Avenue in Carmel. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven in Hawthorne. Donation in lieu of flowers can be made to: V.A.
