Police Identify Victims Of Putnam Drownings

Police in Carmel and Kent have identified the two men who drowned within 48 hours of each other earlier this month. Jeremy Kipnas, 54, of Redding, Connecticut, lost his life while swimming in Lake Carmel, while Carmel Police identified the 55-year-old who drowned when his kayak overturned in Lake Mahopac as Richard Dudyshyn of Mahopac.
