It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Bonnie K. St. Auburn, age 77, on December 25, 2020.
Bonnie was born on July 28, 1943, in Danbury, CT to Henry and Ada (Ketchum) Kirk Grimes. She married the love of her life, Raymond M. St. Auburn, on August 24, 1963, at Carmel Presbyterian Church and they were blessed with two wonderful children.
Prior to her retirement, Bonnie worked as the Chief Clerk of Putnam County Surrogates Court. Family, her home, and her garden were the most important things to Bonnie. Besides spending time with her family, Bonnie was an accomplished gardener and baker, and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
She will be missed by everyone lucky enough to have known and loved her.
Bonnie is survived by her beloved husband, Raymond and her children, Tracey L. St. Auburn and Raymond M. St. Auburn, and their partners, Roland Hlawaty and Terrilee Nadeau. She is also survived by her four cherished grandchildren, Erich Hlawaty, Jocelyn Hlawaty, Alexander Hlawaty and Marlane Hlawaty and five brothers, Larry, Robert, Craig, Keith and Mike Kirk. Bonnie is predeceased by her brother, Stevie Kirk.
Visitation was held from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Cargain Funeral Home, 10 Fowler Avenue, Carmel, NY. A Prayer service at the funeral home followed at 10:00 A.M.
Cremation was private.
