Carmel $4.9M Referendum Overwhelmingly Rejected



By a 2-1 margin, residents in the Carmel School District rejected a $4.9 million bond referendum Friday that called for repairs and replacement of infrastructure at Carmel High School.
The vote was 368 in favor and 739 opposed.
