In addition to her work at the Center of Compassion, she spent time loving her grandchildren. They were her breath. She made them feel special, never judged and provided guidance without judgment. She encouraged her daughters to be the best versions of themselves and solved all unsolvable problems with a pot of chicken soup and a kiss on the “keppie”. Her favorite color was blue. Her favorite flowers were lilacs.

Carole and Paul built a beautiful life together. They were each other’s rock. They enjoyed their trips to Bethany Beach, family dinners and Saturday night date night. She will be in his heart and part of his soul forever.
