LEGAL NOTICE
Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN by the Town of
Patterson Planning Board
of a public hearing to be
held on March 5, 2020
at 7:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as may be heard,
at the Patterson Town
Hall, 1142 Route 311,
Patterson, Putnam County,
New York to consider
an application entitled
“NYSEG – Wetlands
Permit Application”. The
Applicant is proposing
to rebuild the existing
overhead, electric utility
line (Line 803) in their
100-foot wide right-ofway that is approximately
3-miles long. The rightofway spans through
the Towns of Southeast
and Patterson: from the
Tilly Foster substation
going north to the Kent
substation (located in the
Town of Patterson). The
project entails the removal
of existing transmission
poles along the rightofway, installing new
transmission poles, and
the installation of fiber
optic line. All interested
parties and citizens will
be given an opportunity
to be heard in respect to
such application.
