The Town Board of
Patterson and the Patterson
Assessor’s Office, are
dedicated to following the

orders of the Governor,
taking all precautions
to ensure the safety of
Town Residents, staff
and officials, and, also
ensuring, our taxpayers
preserve their right to
contest their property
assessments.
As such, grievance
applications may be
submitted by mail or by
email and video conferences
may be scheduled to
discuss any grievances.
